The Chief Commercial Officer reports directly to the Managing Director and will be responsible for all achieving commercial aspects of the company. He/she will play a key role in assisting the Managing Director shape the direction of the company.

In that role, the Chief Commercial Officer will be responsible for identifying new commercial opportunities and driving growth across the Company's business activities.

Through a strategic approach to market and business development, the Chief Commercial Officer will significantly shape the development of the Company's strategy by analyzing the market and advising the Managing Director of development opportunities. Maximizing flight revenue and optimizing ancillary revenue opportunities is a priority. The Chief Commercial Officer will also play an instrumental role in working with teams responsible for customer aspects to deliver customer service excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities

To develop and implement business development strategies and plans. This will involve overseeing Regulatory, Network, Revenue Management, Marketing and Customer Care teams to ensure revenue and service strategies are met.

To identify and develop commercial opportunities to increase revenue for the Company by implementing marketing strategies that enables the Company to grow its revenue base.

Contribute to the development, communication and promotion of corporate core purpose, vision, mission and values.

To manage the Commercial budget to meet the Company's strategic and operational business plans.

To develop the staff in the Commercial department.

Any such duties as may be assigned by the Managing Director, including any potential post holder responsibilities as deemed necessary by the Company.

The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years relevant experience in Aviation industry Experienced in at least 2 of the following aspects:
# Revenue Management
# Network
# Marketing &
# Regulatory

Preferably in LCC

Able to manage diverse team and adapt quickly to role
