Revenue Controller, APO and US
 
This is a senior accounting position within the Sybase Global Accounting Team based in Singapore.
Major duties and responsibilities:
• Oversee the month end closing processes for Revenue and COGS for APO and US regions in accordance with US GAAP. This includes the completion of monthly financial reporting and analyses.
• Oversee the daily financial matters and processes for regions in respect to Revenue and COGS.
• Ensure that all financial processes comply with the SOX and corporate policy requirements.
• Provide relevant financial support to Business Groups and Corporate office.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors.
• Supervise, manage and provide guidance to a team of accounting staff.
 
Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with some prior experience in a managerial role.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and commit to deadlines.
