Demonstrated management/leadership ability. Demonstrated effectiveness in change management, team building, clinical practice evaluation, conflict management and program planning required. Strong organization and prioritization skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks required.

Educational Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; Master’s Degree an asset.
Licensure/Certification Requirements: Current registered nursing license from country of professional practice.
Professional Experience: Minimum of three (3) years recent acute care nursing experience. Minimum of two (2) years experience in management.
Specialized Skills: Demonstrated management/leadership ability. Demonstrated effectiveness in change management, team building, clinical practice evaluation, conflict management and program planning required. Strong organization and prioritization skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks required.
