Role Description:
The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for providing direct support to the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:
 Assist in the drafting of extensive marketing plans for online game titles/products
 Assist with the planning, coordination and execution of global advertising campaigns
 Liaising with members of Creative, Technical, Customer Service and Accounting Departments
 Research and procure appropriate advertising channels for game promotion
 Build, execute and track multi-faceted marketing campaigns (advertising, email marketing, social networking)
 Coordinate and prepare advertising copy and layouts
 Daily, detail-oriented duties including: monitoring ad campaigns, internal data analysis, etc., as assigned

Requirements:
 Excellent oral and written communication skills
 The ability to handle pressure and deadlines
 The ability to work well both independently, and in a team environment
 Organization and a strong attention for detail
 The ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
 Experience with the internet and social networking
 Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.

Minimum Qualifications:
 Completion of at least one or two years in related University/College courses
 Recent graduates are preferred, but not required
 The ability to speak German or French is highly preferred but not a requirement
 Strong communication skills to interact with prospective clients, advertisers, and other key staff
 Strong technology skills (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, basic layout design)
 A passion for online games and an understanding of online games and the market (not required, but some interest/experience with online gaming (particularly MMOs (massively multiplayer online games)) is ideal
