Role Description:
Game Bridger Entertainment is looking for experienced and self-motivated customer service representatives to provide in-game and around-game support for massively multiplayer online game titles.

Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service pertaining to technical game issues in a polite and timely manner using in-game tools and email
- Identify and report technical in-game issues, bugs and exploits
- Moderate a fast-growing community via an online forum/discussion board
- Follow official and non-official game-related websites and forums to stay informed about the game's community and their needs
- Create, plan, and execute various in-game and community-centric events with the goal of retaining current players and attracting new ones

Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German or French (not essential but highly preferred)
- Knowledge of MMOs (Massively Multiplayer Online Games) and MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Games) is a must
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Independence and self-motivation
- A pleasant and polite personality/demeanor
- The ability to work closely within a small team

Minimum Qualifications:
 Completion of at least one or two years in related University/College courses
 Recent graduates are preferred, but not required
 A passion for online games and an understanding of online games in the global market
