RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs first level IT support and escalation by ensuring that all issues are documented, assigned, escalated, updated and resolved following established service level agreements.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing and speaking)
Able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management
Can work under pressure and prioritize multi-tasks
Can adapt to change and achieve results with accuracy and precision
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably 1-2 yrs experience in a call center environment in a helpdesk or technical support capacity is preferred but not required.
Full-Time position available.
