Responsibilities:
Provides recruitment with qualified applicants to meet their ramp targets
Conceptualizes, coordinates and implements all sourcing efforts through all channels (internal/external)
Coordinates/schedules applicants to recruitment
Reports developments and updates in sourcing to Support and Operations (Account Specific/Accounts Management) through sourcing update and accomplishment reports
Assists in fostering and developing harmonious relationship between internal and external clients
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Marketing or equivalent
At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Recruitment Marketing or Sourcing
Required language: English
Working knowledge in Sourcing and Recruitment
Must be hardworking and can work with minimal supervision
Analytical, process-oriented, can multi-task and has professional maturity
People-oriented and with pleasing personality
Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City
