Purpose of the Position
• Ensuring that the infield execution of the marketing communication and product strategy meets operational and brand standards;
• Maintenance of infield brand standards;
• Merchandising support for sales staff

Major Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
• Maximizing ROI through ensuring the infield delivery of product point of sale;
• Assistance in channel strategy roll out requirements;
• Infield Maintenance of brand standards and product standards through the continued monitoring and replenishment of brand / product material ;
• Identification and support of 3rd party events relevant to the TUW sales channel and TUW consumers;
• Build and sustain an excellent relationship with local authorities to ensure the successful execution of TUW channel events;
• Collaborate with Channel managers and assist with the execution of their channel strategies;
• Develop field marketing maintenance plan with the input of other role players;
• Manage expenses and ensure suitable level of feedback to strategic players

Requirements
• Minimum three years experience in marketing or sales field;
• Marketing Diploma or degree required;
• Strong understanding of the importance of brand maintenance;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
