1. |
Chief Investment Specialist Qualification: Masters Degree in Finance / Economics / Accounting / Business Administration or CA / ACMA / CFA from an institute of repute. Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years in relevant field. |
Assess Government of Sindh’s investment portfolio for the right mix, in the light of data on financial markets and financial products such as stocks, bonds, securities and derivatives.
Help in designing the institutional frame-work for fund management at Finance Department, Government of Sindh,
Formulate and recommend an investment strategy that maximizes the returns and minimizes the risk, by developing tools for managing and analyzing investment portfolio for Government of Sindh.
Keep up-to-date on new regulation, scenarios or policies affecting the economic and investment climate along with their resultant effect risk-return matrix of the Government’s existing investment portfolio. |

2. |
Investment Accounting and Settlement Analyst Qualification: A Bachelor Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent from a recognized university / institution. Experience: Minimum 5 years experience
in the Knowledge of the SECP’s NBFC rules related to reporting, investment funds returns and risk ratings. |
Develop internal reporting requirements that are in accordance with the SECP’s NBFC rules.
Develop Proformas, secure approval and report month over month tracking.
Develop process to create investment return and risk management benchmarks for the investment fund.
Develop investment reports keeping the asset / liability matching position in perspective. Moreover, compile and update summaries of employee benefit and pension schemes.
Develop cash flow analysis for each Investment fund and tracking of SPF and SGIP monthly FI Reports
Review actuarial reports and assist Financial Department in preparing required accounting disclosures and statements pursuing prudent financing strategies. |

Investment Research Analyst Qualification: A Bachelor Degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business or equivalent from a recognized University / Institution. Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in the Pakistan Investment or financial industry. Knowledge of the SECP’s NBFC rules related to investments and funds management. |
Monitoring and researching
Tracking and Monitoring changes in the financial markets one ach existing investment fund; tracking the quality and risk management profile of the investment that comprises each investment fund.
Conducing in-depth analysis and research of specific investment opportunities, which may include securities, derivatives and other investment products.
Assist the management of Fund Management House in forming an independent view on the available financial products and options under the current economic and investment climate. |
