Learning and Development: Ensuring that the skills, knowledge, abilities, and performance of workforce meet the current and future organizational needs. Development and execution of activities and programs addressing employees learning, performance management, and career planning.
Learning and Development : Identify and analysis of organizational training and development needs
Oversees the development, implementation of employee career , succession plan and recognition programs
Manages the development, implementation and enforcement of company personal policies/procedures.
Represents the company in job knowledge and skills or skill set for all employees 
Manages and develops training system for aligning to corporate and world class standard

Qualifications
Formal education in Education, HRM or any related field of University degree or higher
Oversea education is preferale
Minimum three years prior related experiences
Knowledge of HRM-Learning & Development
Strong computer skills for MS office
Strong English communication skills both verbal and non verbal maner
Had experience in ISO 9000/2008,QOS plus and TS 16949 audit.
