University graduate in any discipline
Minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience, preferably in financial institutions
Knowledge in card products, systems and operations is an advantage
Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must
Immediate availability preferred
Applicants for the above position must be proficient in spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English, and be competent in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Handle customers' enquiries and complaints, and proactively follow up with related parties for improvement in services
Prepare statistics and analysis reports
Assist in daily credit card operation and monitoring, and liaise with overseas business partners on related issues
Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time
