As our Client Success Manager you will:
-Retain and grow your established client base
-Up-sell and leverage business from established customer relationships
-Be able to access client needs and ensure your team delivers quality service/product
-Build long-lasting professional relationships, positioning yourself as the expert
-Provide exemplary service to your clients on an ongoing basis
-Make your clients love you

As our Client Success Manager, you:
-Have 3- 5 years experience in a customer or account management position
-Have a proven track record of retaining and growing your established client base
-Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
-Have great listening and presentation skills
-Exude a strong work ethic
-Have a university/college degree
-Are a pointaholic (you get really excited by getting cool stuff for free with your points)

..and it would be great if you have experience selling web-based business solutions
