Requirements:
Qualifications of Key Account Specialist Manager: Male/Female, minimal Bachelor degree with GPA min 3
Maximum age 35 years old, and experienced in equivalent position for a minimum of 2 years
Having strong leadership quality to drive the sales achievement
Enable to negotiate with stores to achieve sales target
Having good communication skill and interpersonal skill

Requirements of Key Account Specialist Manager:
Ensure Annual trading term in National Key Account achieved
Ensure product listing, and promotion agreement in National Key Account
Ensure business bulletin circulation to areas and monthly promotion calendar implemented on time in National Key Account
Ensure the incremental of sales due to the promotion in National Key Account
Ensure the monthly sales target achievement by product listed, in National Key Account
Ensure the agreement of plan-o-gram and consumer’s price in shelving
Ensure the achievement of service level agreed with National Key Account for each listed product
