RDK Engineers new Amherst, MA office (scheduled to open in March) is in need of an Electrical Engineer / Designer.  This position is responsible for developing design documents, plans and engineering specifications on a number of concurrent projects in the architectural / engineering field.  Will conduct field surveys and prepare construction documents. Candidates must have prior relevant experience designing electrical systems for a variety of facility types.   

Job Requirements
Requirements:
3-5 years of relevant experience developing plans and engineering specifications in the electrical specialty area.
May have ASEE or BSEE
Must have knowledge of state building codes
Experience in construction document preparation, cost estimating and report writing.
Proficient with AutoCAD software and Microsoft Office.
