Candidate must be able to not only manage jobs but people. This person must be willing to roll up their sleeves and work right along with his/her people while maintaining order to the shop. Excellent communication skills both orally and written.

Job Requirements
Must have full knowledge of running a shop and the equipment along with  leading people.  Must be able to give direction and teach employees to work productivly in a shop enviorment and on install jobs. Must be able to work in sheet metals and various other mediums. Flexiblity in hours is a must!
