The CRM Account Manager will be required to:
• Develop, design and implement Strategic CRM Programmes for a variety of accounts
• Conceptualise briefs.
• Implement measurement and evaluation plans.
• Implement data segmentation strategies.
• Conduct desktop and face-to-face research as and when required.

Requirements
Key experience required
:
• Four to five years Account Management/Agency experience with a CRM focus
• An understanding of multi-channelled CRM experiences
• A passion for, and understanding of, the South African and Global marketing and media industry
• Tertiary degree/diploma preferred
