• Resolves customer questions, complaints, and requests, through coordination and reporting to

• Asks customers questions to determine the specific purpose of their call.
• Uses available computer system and/or on-line application to access information needed to assist
• customers.

• customers.
• Determines a course of action based on available information to resolve customer issue.
• Refers customers to appropriate party if required to resolve their issue.
• Informs customers of the action(s) taken to bring closure to their call.
• Takes steps to ensure customers are satisfied with the action taken to bring closure to the call and asks
• for additional service requests.
• Resolve basic customer questions, complaints, and requests.
• Follows up as required after calls to execute agreed upon actions.
• Documents the pertinent facts surrounding customer call in computer system to maintain accurate
• account history.
• Assist other team members and supervisor as needed

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-2 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in
• Customer Service - General or Others.
• Willing to work on shifts and during weekends.
• Salary Range: Php 15,000 to Php 17,500
• Can troubleshoot windows XP issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MSOutlook)
• Call center experience is preferred but not required.
• Familiar with desktop and laptop common issues.
• Background in networking.
