The ideal person will be actively involved in leading a team of Sales Development Representatives, formulating trading terms and pricing strategies for major accounts. This position will also be responsible for the implementation of various channel strategies. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for devising sales promotion and merchandising programs for profit maximization & for assisting the Area Sales Operations Manager in planning and executing all ad hoc projects.

Preferably University graduate or equivalent and major in business or management
Min. 3 to 4 years sound sales operations experience in sizable FMCG corporations or in logistic field of which 2 years in direct people management responsibilities (General Trade experience will be considered as a bonus).
Possess professional account development and management skills, and sufficient financial experience / knowledge in credit management
Result-oriented, assertive and willing to work under pressure
Excellent analytical, negotiation and presentation skills
Proficiency in English and Chinese language
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint software
Possess valid private driving license (class 1 manual transmission) will be definitely an advantage
