An export based textile mills requires the following professionals for its head office located in Faisalabad.
1. CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER
A
highly skillful computer literate Chartered Accountant with at least 5
years’ experience of heading finance function in a manufacturing and
processing environment. Reporting to the Chief executive, the ideal
candidate should be a result oriented team leader and his
responsibilities will include the following activities:
* Supervision of Book Keeping and Accounting
* Finance Controls and Management
* Treasury
* Management Accounting and MIS
* Developing charts of Authority
* Negotiations with banks & financial institutions
* Computerization of Finance function including ERP solutions.
2. HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCE
A
Masters Degree holder (preferably an MBA) with additional qualification
of LLB having at least 5 years experience of working in a manufacturing
environment with computerized systems. The incumbent will report to
Director Operations and should have hands-on experience of the
following HR activities.
* Staffing and Recruitment
* Policies and Procedures
* Training and Development
* Rewards and Performance Management
* Morale and Movtivation
* Computerized Human Resources Information System
* Industrial Relations
Both
the above positions carry market based compensation package and
