As a Customer Service Officer you will provide high quality Customer Service by meeting and exceeding Customer Service Performance Standards to both internal and external customers.
 
You will take an active role in supporting fellow team members by effective communication, networking and leading by example.  Customer service will entail call centre telephone enquiries, cashiering and face to face communications.
 
The successful applicants will posses a passion for service excellence, excellent communication skills, cash handling skills and well developed problem solving skills.
 
Knox Council has number of Customer Service Officer Positions available:
- 2 x Casual
- 3 x Permanent Part Time (19 hours)
- 2 x Temporary Part Time (19 hours)

Salary will be in the range of $23.04 to $24.92 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.  The casual positions will also attract a 25% casual loading.
