You will be responsible for
Working closely with buyers from Europe for sourcing fabrics for the brand at targeted prices
Training up garment suppliers on product development, washing processes, better understanding and interpretation of details
Keep tracking on development schedule
Attending trade fairs & buying meetings in Europe whenever necessary
To qualify for this role, you should have

Degree in related disciplines
Min. of 8 years' experience in garment merchandising with min. 3 years at managerial level
Experience in leading a team in an international brand environment preferably with background in European buying offices
Outstanding leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to travel oversea
Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
