POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Licensed Professional Representative you will counsel individuals in regards to their auto and property insurance needs. This position also maintains the maximum level of service for our existing clients and handles service and overflow sales calls to ensure the utmost level of service.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Responsible for achieving sales quotes and call targets
- Ensures quality and productivity objectives are met
- Processes call backs, submissions and mail in a timely manner
- Promotes and cross sell insurance products
- Minimizes cancellations through attention to detail and service excellence

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Minimum 2 years strong sales and customer service experience
Personal lines insurance experience an asset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and fosters team spirit
- Strong analytical and decision making abilities
- Excellent computer/keyboarding skills
- RIBO or OTL license an asset
