Responsibilities:
He must be able to manage the Planning & Design Section by providing contemporary functional, cost efficient & appropriate design for our Hotels through an effective evaluation of Design Requirements, Devt of Design Standards and specification development of operationally sound design plans & strict monitoring of Adherence to the set design plan and parameters
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Architecture or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Auto Cadd , Sketch-up, Trade Utilities.
At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent. Job role in Architect or Draughtsman/Design Drafter.
Full-Time positions available.
