Responsibilities:
Responsible in sourcing potential projects.
Responsible in meeting individual and group target quota.
Directly coordinates with client (end user or specifier) concerning details of quotation / PO and project per se.
Responsible in making loose items – quotation.
In-charge of submitting final finishes for client’s approval.
Coordinate with design group regarding new project sourced, details and deadline.
In-charge of submitting invoices, certificate of completion, warranty certificate and other documents related to collection purposes.
Directly reports to COO in terms of individual and group sales performance.
Directly coordinates with PMG and warehouse regarding delivery and installation of projects.
Expected to be on top of all the projects specially during installation period until its completion and responsible for the after sales service.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Has strong background in business development services for office modular spaces, with field experience
Possess good interpersonal skills especially in dealing with people from different cultural orientation.
Highly analytical with good networking and negotiation skills.
Energetic, Flexible and Motivated with unimpaired integrity
Fit to undertake field visit and interact with different clients.
Has professional and steady demeanor.
 
Required skill(s): Good interpersonal skills, Highly Self Motivated Results Oriented, Energetic.
At least 6 months of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Paranaque City.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
