Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related combination of
education & experience
* Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Professional (CCNP),
CCNA: Voice; Cisco Certified Voice Professional (CCVP) * 3-5 years of
voice telephony and internetworking administration and support. * Broad
knowledge of network infrastructure, tools, and services including
Networking, TCP/IP, and routing protocols. * Cisco Infrastructure
knowledge, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager Cisco
Unity/voice gateways, Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls. *
Excellent communication skills, a detail orientation, and the ability
to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * The willingness
and ability to provide after hour on-call support.
