| Profile | Excellent presentation and facilitation skills Strong understanding of safety, operations, managerial and behavioral training concepts. Familiarity with current and recognized training techniques Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Powerpoint). The position requires high levels of interaction with line management and the ideal candidate will be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be joining a high energy team working to deadlines where creativity, quality and output are essential. |
