The candidate will be handling all procurement needs of the company.

1) Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
2) Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.
3) Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.

• Promote, utilize and support quality assurance and quality control processes to improve the quality of deliverable and reduce design errors and omissions thereby resulting in a reduction in claims
• Continually evaluate workload and collaborate with his reporting Manager or Director to insure appropriate staffing is supplied at the right level of expertise to successfully complete each task assignment

• Logging all the correspondence, Documents, Drawings/Designs and Reports for easy retrieval.
• Follow up all the Submittals & RFI's and ensure their return in an agreed upon timeframe.
• Use documents management systems to add value to the project.
• Preparation and distribution of weekly Document Tracking Registers.

• Efficiently handle day to day administrative work of the reception: answering phones, receiving & distributing courier and faxes.
• Dealing with all guests, clients, and candidates who arrive to the company reception.
• Handling administrative tasks related to the staff
• Other duties as required by the management.
